This was one of the easiest tasks for our researchers. Just go anywhere and you'll find dumb people who are willing to give a sample of their laugh to appear on a website. The most difficult thing we had to do was to choose the dumbest. So we chose what we thought was an exemplar of dumb laughter, as you can hear on this page, but we were wrong, and the result is we had to add a "Dumber" to the "Dumb". At least we managed to get the two dumbest laughs we could find. Click on the picture above to listen.
